Any winnings, bonuses, or account balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. uus777 reserves the right to use technical measures including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and behavioral analysis to detect and prevent multi-accounting.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uus777 account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made under your account credentials. The minimum deposit amount on uus777 is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Standard users may deposit up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction via bank transfer and up to Rp 10.000.000 per transaction via e-wallet. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your uus777 account balance within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are processed within 1 to 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00 WIB) and may take up to 15 minutes outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
uus777 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. These fees are beyond uus777's control and will not be refunded. Please consult your financial institution for details on applicable charges.
You may request a withdrawal of your uus777 account balance at any time, provided your account is fully verified (KYC completed) and you meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rp 50.000. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. The payment method used for withdrawal must match one of the methods you used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by uus777's finance team.

uus777 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose their own fees. These charges are determined by your financial institution and are not controlled or refundable by uus777.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, uus777 requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least one time (1× rollover requirement) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place at least Rp 500.000 in total bets before you can withdraw your balance. Attempts to use uus777 as a money transfer service (depositing and immediately withdrawing without wagering) will result in account suspension and possible reporting to Indonesian financial authorities.

A wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing sports body or league. In cases where a match is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as published in uus777's Sports Betting Rules section. Casino games and slots settle instantly based on the outcome generated by the game's certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Togel (lottery) bets settle based on the official draw results published by the respective lottery operator.
If an obvious error occurs — such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction, human error, or data feed issues — uus777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. An "obvious error" is defined as odds that are clearly and significantly inconsistent with the true probability of the event (e.g., a favorite listed at 50.00 odds when the correct odds should be 1.50). Disputes regarding obvious errors will be reviewed by uus777's trading team, and decisions are final.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia — BANI), with proceedings conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the Indonesian or English language as mutually agreed.
